Welcome to Kindergarten Enrollment for the 2010-11 school year.
Kindergarten enrollment forms can be found on www.srvusd.net.
Print the forms and turn them into the school office between the hours of 8:00am-3:30pm along with the following:
· Proof of residency (Picture ID, mortgage statement or rental agreement and utility bill) original documents.
· Child’s birth certificate or passport, original documents. Child must be five years of age on or before December 2, 2010.
· Immunization records and proof of physical
Sibling Priority - January 26 – February 5, 2010
Non-Sibling - February 8 – February 19, 2010
February 9, 2010 @ 6:30pm - Neil Armstrong Kindergarten Information Night, in the multi-purpose room.
February 16, 2010 @ 7:00pm - District Kindergarten Information Night at Coyote Creek.
