The Neil Armstrong Eagle Fund has three wonderful ways for you to help our school while having fun! Bid on one of our amazing online auction items or purchase special party time to spend with a teacher, buy raffle tickets for a GoPro Camera and/or buy tickets to PastaPalooza -- our dinner/dancing/live auction event where you can enjoy a night out with friends all for a great cause -- our children!

Donations are voluntary and every little bit helps us ensure our programs remain funded for next year. So start your bidding, get your raffle tickets, and we'll see you at the event on February 26th!

News and Announcements

In an effort to reduce student stress and respond to the evolving instructional practices, the San Ramon Valley Unified School District revised its homework policy for the 2015-2016 school year in order to:

  • Limit the overall volume of homework;
  • Eliminate homework over breaks;
  • Develop a more effective system to communicate and implement the policy; and
  • Align with the Common Core State Standards and other legal requirements.

As a follow-up to this work, the District is surveying parents, teachers and middle and high school students on the effectiveness of the revised policy. Survey results will be used to help identify the best practices for homework and improve the implementation of our homework policy. The survey is anonymous and should take 5-10 minutes to complete. The survey closes on Tuesday, February 16. Below is a link to the parent survey:

2015-16 Homework Survey for Parents

If you have questions or concerns about your child’s homework, please contact your child’s teacher. If you have questions about the Homework Policy or this survey, please check the District’s homework policy page or contact Director of Instruction Jason Reimann at jreimann@srvusd.net.

The district is hosting the 12th Annual Workshop for 5th to 8th  grade girls.
